1)Question: Where do you get your marijuana strains from?
1) Answer: We have built relations with leading breeders over the last decade. We constantly test the quality of the marijuana seeds in collaboration with these breeders. Due to privacy issues we cannot publish any breeder details.

2)Question: Do all feminized seeds become feminized plants?
2) Answer: All feminized seeds are genetically female. Nowadays, intensive breeding programs made sure the feminized seeds are 100% stable, consistent and productive.

3)Question: Do you ship worldwide?
3)Answer: We do ship worldwide, though the regulation and implementation in respect to some of the products we sell often vary from country to country. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations that affect your region. For this reason, Marijuana Strains Store can regrettably accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.

4)Question: How does Delivery Guarantee work?
4)Answer: Our delivery guarantee means we do everything to get your order delivered. If your order got lost somehow (which actually never occur) we will resend the order in a different stealthy packaged maner. Since we both will have access to the track and trace of the package we can determine what happened. If it appears to be impossible to get your order delivered we will refund the money.

5)Question: Scam Warning?
5) Answer: It has recently come to our attention that more and more websites are starting pop up that completely lift our images and plagiarize our copy and website in an effort to trick our customers and scam people who are actually trying to find our website. Please ensure that you are in fact on our website and verify the URL in your address bar before purchasing anything and when browsing the internet.

6)Question: How long will I have to wait for the medical marijuana to arrive?
6)Answer: It all depends on your location in U.S.A. We send all items via shipping agencies. Under normal circumstances your package is expected to be delivered in two to three business days. If you live in a poorly connected rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer.

7)Question: What happens if I don’t get my package?
7)Answer: If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with the shipping agency. If a trace is filed, the shipping agency will conduct an investigation (which can take 3 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. This excludes packages marked [[Delivered]] but not received by customers

8)Question: Has anyone been arrested from ordering?
8) Answer:We are proud to say no one has been arrested from ordering from us. However, there is always potential risk involved. We also do not ship any quantities larger than what is posted on your product page to help curb any potential problems, if this were to ever arise

9) Question: How do you package my shipment?”

9)Answer: We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking medical marijuana so no nosy neighbors would know it is anything other then a regular package from the post office.
